Mike started home brewing 11 year ago.  After living in Colorado for a few years and seeing the birth of the craft beer scence, he decicied to take up the hobby when return to the east coast. 

Katrina started brewing during the Covid-19 shut down. After watching Mike brew for many years, she decided, if he can do it, so could she. 

5th Season was born and developed around brewing and drinking for all the seasons around the year. But what is the 5th season you might ask? There is always a time of year for a good beer with friends, might be a classic style or something experimental.
